What we need to arrange delivery
Send the city, area and map pin, the items you want to order and the floor they need to reach. Tell us about stairs, lift dimensions, parking, narrow corridors and any building restrictions. For large sofas and wardrobes, these details should be discussed before the final design is approved.
Delivery charges and timing
Delivery cost and estimated timing are confirmed with your quote. They depend on the order and destination, and on the agreed access and handling arrangements. For made-to-order furniture, distinguish the production period from the delivery appointment. We do not publish one fixed nationwide delivery charge or promise a universal arrival date.
Installation and preparing your room
Ask which items require installation and whether fitting, assembly and any electrical work are included in the agreed scope. Clear the access route and the intended furniture area before arrival. If your building needs access permission or a delivery slot, tell us early so the arrangements can be coordinated.
Check the written order
Before confirming, review the item list, dimensions, finishes, total price, delivery charge, installation scope and estimated schedule. Ask us to clarify payment, warranty, cancellation and any change-of-specification terms for your order. These details should be agreed directly rather than inferred from an inspiration photo.
