Start with what you need to store
Separate long hanging clothes, shorter garments, folded items, shoes and bedding before deciding on the internal layout. A wardrobe with an attractive front still needs useful space inside. Tell us whether the storage is for one person or shared, and which items you want within easy reach.
Doors, glass and room clearance
Hinged doors need space to open in front of the wardrobe. A sliding-door arrangement may be worth discussing where space is restricted; availability and hardware must be confirmed. Glass-front wardrobes make the interior part of the room’s appearance, so consider the shelving, organisation and any requested lighting together. Confirm lighting and electrical arrangements separately before installation.
Measure the wall, not just the floor
Share the available wall width, ceiling height and intended depth, along with photos of skirting, sockets, beams, switches and nearby doors. Note any uneven walls or ceiling changes. Initial dimensions help us discuss the design; agree the final measurements, materials, fittings and installation scope before production.

Ask for the agreed overall dimensions, internal layout, board and finish specification, hardware, any glass or lighting, and delivery and installation terms.
